I am passionate about helping clients learn to love themselves in their current space. Life is hard and unpredictable and all of us come to points in our life where we need some extra help. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is vital to success in therapy; I’ll work to create a space that is safe, non-judgmental, and authentic that allows you to process current and past stressors and fears for the future. I utilize concepts from both CBT and DBT and also have extensive training working with clients processing trauma.
