I believe that we all have a purpose for being, but that occasionally we get "off track." Psychotherapy ("care of the soul") is one way to discover a deep sense of meaning and purpose, and to begin taking steps toward living a more authentic, purpose-driven life.
I approach each client with an attitude of wonder, acceptance, empathy and unconditional positive regard. While I am supportive and encouraging, I also recognize that sometimes clients need to be challenged to change. It often takes a close, professional relationship with a therapist to gain the insight to change.

Objective is to, increase physical fitness level, gain inner peace and restore joy in life. Group includes walking, stretching, meditation, mindfulness techniques regarding food and life in general.
