I have more than 20 years experience working with anxiety, depression, loss/grief, women's issues, children/adolescents, and domestic violence. I have provided service on an outpatient basis (community mental health) and inpatient (hospitalization).
I utilize integrative therapy because everyone is unique and requires treatment tailored to their specific needs. My modality of treatment sometimes include homework. A team approach and strong therapeutic relationship are vital to effective therapy.
