In my practice, I embrace a human-centered approach that honors the profound connection between mind, body, soul and community. I believe our life experiences are not only held in our thoughts but also felt deeply in our bodies, shaping the way we move through the world. By creating a safe and compassionate space together, we can gently explore your inner landscape, uncover the stories that have shaped you, and notice how your body responds and holds what you’ve been through.
I draw from a blend of cognitive-behavioral therapy, somatic and body-based approaches, parts work, and attachment theory, all within an experiential framework guided by polyvagal theory. Alongside these evidence-based methods, I weave in mindfulness, ritual, and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) to support both individual and collective healing.
I understand that reaching out for therapy can feel vulnerable and tender. It takes courage to explore your feelings and experiences, and I hold deep respect for that. If you feel uncertain or simply want to learn more, I’m here to walk alongside you. When you’re ready to take the next step in your healing journey, please feel free to reach out.
