I help kids and adults reconnect with what matters through life’s hardest moments.
My therapy approach is compassionate yet matter-of-fact, because we shouldn’t spend time on things unrelated to your goals. I partner with you to build a foundation of trust and safety so that we can take our time when we need to and push ourselves when we don’t. I use the therapy relationship as a tool for healing: our interactions will lead to new insights and skills for you to develop a life aligned with your goals and values.
I have specialized training in trauma, religion/spirituality (including religious trauma), Native American/Indigenous mental health, and early psychosis. Overall, my work has taught me that everything and everyone can experience healing no matter what has happened to us. I hope to be part of that experience for you.
Outside of psychology, I love cancelled plans, hot takes, and spooky season.
