Counseling services are available for individuals, couples, and groups. Spots are currently available in my Millennial group, focusing on life stage challenges such as career or relationship issues as well as exploring gender identity and sexual orientation/preferences. See more below.
The psychotherapy groups offer safe and healing environments for anyone who wants to love themselves, be more empathetic, exude authenticity, feel and express emotion, establish boundaries, build confidence, and fulfill individual needs and wants.
