I work with people of all ages navigating anxiety, OCD, autism, trauma, and identity exploration. My ideal clients seek a safe, affirming space to better understand themselves, manage distress, and feel empowered in who they are. I specialize in gender-affirming care and neurodiversity-informed approaches, tailoring treatment to each person or family. I also specialize in play therapy for children of all ages. I meet clients where they are, fostering emotional growth and lasting change. Adult ASD social group is open for new members!
I provide a safe space to explore anxiety, OCD, autism, trauma, and identity. Through tailored support, I help clients build coping skills, process the past, and move forward with confidence. I also run a social skills group for young adults on the autism spectrum (Level 1 needs)—now open and accepting new members!
I believe therapy should be a safe, inclusive space for all—regardless of race, gender identity, sexuality, immigration status, or neurodiversity. I value equality, justice, and the dignity of every person. Clients are welcome to ask about my beliefs and values—authenticity, transparency, and trust matter deeply in the therapeutic relationship.
