About
I work with adults, young adults, and teens who are experiencing anxiety and depression, low self-esteem and self-worth, body image issues, relationship issues, and difficult life transitions. I work with people who are struggling with where to go next in their lives, including quarter-life crisis, mid-life crisis, or difficult life transitions anywhere in the lifespan. I enjoy working with young people to establish their identity and cultivate self-esteem and self-confidence. I want people to know that It’s never too late (or too early!) to create the changes needed to be living the life you want to be living.
When working with clients, I use a person-centered and strengths based approach to help you understand your own unique and positive contributions to the world. Throughout the therapeutic process, I strive to ensure my clients are given a safe non-judgmental space to explore their thoughts and feelings, and feel heard and understood in the process.
Overall, I work with clients to facilitate change and personal growth. Through therapy, we work together to help you gain new perspectives, learn coping skills, and build self-awareness and self-confidence on your path toward living a more happy and fulfilling life. I’m here to meet you wherever you are on this journey.
