I work with queer, trans, neurodivergent and disabled couples (including polycules), individuals, families, siblings and friends. As a queer and non-binary therapist with an invisible disability (Type 1 Diabetes), I pay particular attention to the impact of stigma and ensure my clients’ identities are not simply accepted — but embraced and celebrated. I believe everyone deserves to be seen, heard, and valued. I collaborate with clients to move through challenges from a strengths-based perspective. I approach therapy through an anti-oppression, anti-diet, neurodiversity- affirming, fat liberation and disability justice framework.
My specialties are in: queer and trans couples (poly and kink positive), friends and siblings, navigating gender and sexuality (including people on the Ace/Aro spectrums), disability and chronic illness, and working with those that need support in learning to set and maintain boundaries.
I’m also a certified end-of-life doula and also work with clients and family systems to navigate grief, chronic illness, and disability. I am not afraid to go toward the most complicated and uncomfortable topics and issues— and I will be there with you while we work through them all, together.
