Hi, I'm Grace Bollinger (she/her) and I'm a clinical intern at Ellie Mental Health. I bring a collaborative, compassionate, and curious presence to my work. I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe exploring their inner worlds and lived experiences. I view therapy as a partnership—one in which the client is the expert on their own story.
I am grounded in humanistic, psychodynamic, and existential theories, and am particularly interested in how identity, meaning, and relational patterns shape our emotional lives.
I am glad to meet you on whatever your journey may be. My particular interests include but are not limited to eating disorders, anxiety, depression, adolescent therapy, couples work, sex therapy, and any kind of expressive arts therapy.
I am originally from North Carolina, and am currently pursuing my master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of Denver. I welcome individuals from all backgrounds and identities and am honored to walk alongside clients as they deepen their self-understanding, navigate challenges, and move toward healing and growth.
