I'm a relational therapist based in Seattle specializing in self-esteem, anxiety, attachment and relationships. I know what it’s like to see yourself differently than other people do, to overthink every interaction, or struggle to share how you really feel without fear and discomfort. I help adults build self-worth, confidence, and secure connections by exploring attachment, trauma, boundaries, and communication styles. My affirming, eclectic approach supports folx of different neurotypes, backgrounds, identities, and relationship structures.
My style is warm, flexible, open, non-judgmental, and client-led. I balance empathetic challenging to encourage change while holding space for stuck-ness and stillness. I provide the option of integrating mindfulness, creativity, spirituality, and individual or relationship astrology into sessions.
Along the way, we learn ways of being in relationships—including with ourselves—that may no longer serve us. Together we’ll identify, nurture, and challenge your parts and patterns so that you can break free of restrictions and learn to live more comfortably and authentically.
