The people who most resonate with my therapeutic approach tend to find me when they’re in the middle place between who they were and who they are becoming, sometimes directly following a loss or ending and other times when they are in the thick of a transition or identity shift that they don’t want to navigate alone. I have deep experience holding space for grief, trauma processing and healing attachment wounds. Through an integrated use of Internal Family Systems (IFS) work along with somatic, creative and mindfulness practices, I can help you (re) connect you with a felt sense of wholeness and a deep connection to your own power, life force and inner wisdom.
