About

Life's demands may, at times, be emotionally distressing. At different stages of life, you might feel particularly challenged by the pressures of school, college, work, and family life. Through the work of therapy, you can begin to feel a sense of satisfaction and success in your life again. I offer online psychotherapy services for adolescents and adults utilizing an integrative approach. Therapy may include creative art therapy, parent support, ADHD coaching, and other therapy services to promote, support, and facilitate emotional well-being.
I look forward to providing a supportive, caring, and non-judgmental space where teens and adults can reflect on the barriers they are experiencing in their lives and explore different solutions to their problems.
As a therapeutic guide, I remain committed to assisting my clients in navigating their journey toward healing and peace. No two people experience life the same way, and seeking help can be intimidating. I approach my work with compassion, humor, and dedication to designing a therapeutic approach that fits my client's individual needs.
