My experience ranges from working with adolescents, children and adults to help better process their emotions. I take a holistic and interactive approach to not only assist in the “diving deep” process, but also as a way to encourage a fun and safe environment for open discussion.
My approach to therapy is centered around a holistic and hands on treatment. I utilize the Strength Based Perspective and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in my session with clients. I work diligently on assisting clients in developing a growth mindset and encouraging clients to utilize coping skills to better manage stress.
My ultimate goal is work in conjunction with clients to create unique and individualized plans to ensure an individual’s personal growth and have individuals recognize their full potential. I am passionate about helping my clients and working professionally to ensure the highest quality of therapeutic services.
