Many of my clients come in feeling like something about them is different, as if everyone got the handbook for life except for them. They've spent years trying to "feel normal." I help Autistic, ADHD, and Highly Sensitive (HSP) adults cultivate self-compassion and build a life that actually works with their brains.
I also work with couples who feel stuck, distant, or unsure how to work through conflict. Some couples are navigating a neurodivergent diagnosis, and others just want to understand each other better and feel like a team again. We’ll work on communication, repair, and building a connection that holds up under stress.
I ask the questions that don't often get asked to dig deep and challenge your usual way of thinking. We pay attention to what's happening in your body, not just your mind, and work on cultivating compassion and acceptance for whatever shows up. With couples, I help you work through the tough conversations to finally hear each other, repair, and reconnect.
