I work with couples who feel disconnected, frustrated, hurt, or emotionally exhausted in their relationship. Many are struggling with communication issues, conflict, betrayal, emotional distance, or a loss of trust and intimacy. Despite the pain, they often still love each other deeply and want to rebuild their connection. My ideal clients are couples who want to feel emotionally safe again, strengthen their friendship, improve communication, and learn how to navigate life together as a team. I also work with women who are seeking healing, confidence, emotional clarity, and healthier relationships with themselves and others.

As an attachment-focused and trauma-informed therapist, I help couples identify the deeper emotional patterns that keep them stuck in cycles of conflict, hurt, and disconnection. Together we work to strengthen communication, trust, emotional safety, and intimacy. I help women heal emotional wounds, increase confidence, and develop healthier relationships.

I understand how painful it can feel when relationships are struggling or emotional wounds have left you feeling disconnected, discouraged, or uncertain. I counsel with compassion and empathy which help couples and women feel safe, understood, and empowered to heal, grow, strengthen connection, and move forward with greater confidence and hope.

Our inability to resolve those conflicts is what leads to divorce, not the conflict themselves. As someone who serves in church ministry, I know firsthand that no group of servants experience more loneliness than those who lead the flock. I have also been privileged to serve as therapist to many pastors and their spouses, so I understand the dire need that couples in ministry have for a safe place where they can be authentically themselves. This group provides that place and allows for couples in ministry to unload and simply clear their heads so that they can continue serving all of God's children in a healthy manner.
