Sometimes life looks fine on the outside, but underneath there’s stress, disconnection, burnout, frustration, or a sense that something just isn’t working the way it used to. Many of the people I work with are carrying a lot—professionals under constant pressure, men who have learned to keep things inside, couples struggling to reconnect, teens trying to figure out who they are, children having difficulty expressing big emotions, or individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, faith questions, or major life transitions.
Before pursuing my MSW and beginning my clinical internship, I spent 25+ years in executive leadership, healthcare, and organizational development. That experience gave me a deep understanding of stress, relationships, burnout, and the pressure many people feel to hold everything together while still needing to feel heard and understood.
I believe healing and growth happen when people feel understood and empowered.
