I have been trained in working with women who are experiencing postpartum mood disorders. I am an imago trained therapy and love working with couples and helping them learn how to effectively communicate and prioritize their relationship. I believe that mental health symptoms and issues are a byproduct of how people try to make sense of or cope with what they have experienced, or are experiencing, on their own - and with the "tools" they have and how to use them. People intuitively know when they are not living their best life (on life's terms) and they seek help when new skills and "tools" are needed.

During the 20+ years I have been in practice, I have served clients with a wide range of presenting concerns. My personal approach is supportive and non-judgmental. I have been working with individuals and couples for 20 years.
