Hello, my name is Keith Myers, and one of my goals is to crush the stigma of mental health. Many have a story about mental health, but not everyone feels free to share that story. I have worked in the mental health profession for over 21 years working with adult men, women, and older adolescents. These include military clients, those who are struggling with complex trauma or PTSD, those who need to improve their emotional regulation skills, and those who are coping with relationship problems and/or divorce. I also treat other trauma therapists. I am comfortable sitting with you in your suffering and celebrating your successes.

I AM accepting new clients! Let’s face it, asking for help can be one of the most difficult things to do. It might seem easier to search online and try to figure things out by yourself. Looking things up online is convenient, but the value of person-to-person communication with a professional who applies evidenced-based care in a safe and supportive setting is irreplaceable.
