I work with individual adults and adolescents, as well as couples.

I work interactively and collaboratively, integrating contemporary psychoanalytic theory with other modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness. I have a BA from Yale University and a former 12-year law career, which inform my work with clients facing occupational challenges and the demands of highly competitive/stressful work environments.

I am also certified to provide Somatic Experiencing, a mind/body-oriented modality that works directly with the nervous system, where symptoms originate and are experienced. SE works to resolve symptoms and promote emotional healing and is particularly helpful in treating chronic anxiety, panic attacks, PTSD, dissociation, and somatic pain.
