We all struggle, and at times we need someone to come alongside us to provide support and help us grow. My goal is to work with you to co-create a safe, authentic space where you can feel supported to untangle the issues preventing you from living your fullest life and share a lot of laughter and joy along the way.

My journey has included obtaining my Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling and an Endorsement Licensure in School Counseling. I have enjoyed working with all diverse populations, including individuals and military personnel community, addressing a wide array of mental health struggles and life challenges.
