I have a very non-traditional approach and offer a non-judgmental stance. My goal of therapy is to help you get to what you deem an ideal life. I use a multitude of theories and evidence-based practices, but my specialties are, Person Centered, CBT and Motivational Interviewing. I come to you to offer a safe space to express yourself, process your feelings, identify triggers and appropriate coping skills/techniques to help you navigate through this thing called “Life”.
