The therapy I provide is rooted in Bowen Family Systems Theory. I have been working with this way of thinking since 1981 and have found it useful in my personal life as well as consulting with individuals, couples, families, and organizations for over 35 years.
I work with individuals, couples, and families to address personal, emotional, marital and relationship issues. In addition I consult in the areas of career transition, work stress, and work life balance. I also have experience in working with adoptive families and couples considering adoption.
