I am a faith-based counselor, which means that I invite clients to integrate their faith into the counseling process. I help clients with depression, anxiety, trauma, couples issues, relationship issues, pre-marital counseling, and life-span issues.
I am trained in EMDR, and I use it to help those who have experienced trauma. I also use Imago therapy in couples work.
