Taking those first steps towards seeking help is no easy task, so take a brief moment to congratulate yourself on your initial efforts! Throughout my years of experience, it has been my mission to assist individuals to improve their emotional lives and to help them find the peace they are seeking. I have extensive experience working with adults, teens and children. I have successfully helped individuals struggling with relationship issues, addictions, anxiety, depression, parenting issues and various family/life conflicts.

To accommodate your schedule my practice offers a variety of available times throughout the week to work with your busy schedule including day times, evenings, weekends and even Sundays. Our experienced team of clinicians offer professional therapeutic services in a relaxing and safe environment without judgement or bias.

With an emphasis on mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, positive psychology, self compassion and just the right touch of humor, I am dedicated to being flexible to help you find the treatment plans that is best for you.
