I use a humanistic and eclectic approach to therapy, and am happy to collaborate with any of your other providers.
I bring extensive expertise working with individuals with trauma issues, anxiety, depression, life stressors, and multicultural issues especially for people of color. I have worked in outpatient and home-based settings. I am happy to work with individuals who have never tried therapy before, and those that have seen multiple therapists throughout their life.
