Transitional experiences are a part of life. Often we are able to fully embrace, celebrate or grieve and pass through these with relative ease. Through an eclectic psychotherapeutic approach I combine both evidenced based interventions with creative elements to design a compassionate, holistic approach to your journey. Art, nature, music and mindfulness are combined to your comfort but I hope to challenge exploration so that you can discover, heal, gain insight, find peace and vigor on your journey.
My work is extensive and inclusive with families and individuals including caregivers and trauma victims, those struggling with addictions and all forms of behavioral health challenges.
