Hello! I’m Liese, LMFT. I’ve worked in the mental & behavioral health field since 2000 and been a licensed therapist since 2016. I provide therapy and real life support designed to cultivate healthy & balanced relationships of all kinds. Our quality of life is closely related to the quality of our relationships. Not just with a partner, friends or family, but with ourselves: health, habits, and history. With our environments: occupation, home, stuff, lifestyle. I provide home & community-based psychotherapy, as well as sessions related to caregiving, consultation, therapeutic guidance/support at events & appointments, exploring & accessing community resources, practicing new skills & behavior in challenging environments, and addressing household challenges such as decluttering & exposure to feared or avoided tasks.
