As a therapist, I believe the therapeutic relationship is one of the most important factors. My therapy style is interactive, trauma informed, and I provide compassionate care. We will work collaboratively together to address your needs. I've had extensive experience working with anxiety, depression, prolonged grief and loss, eating disorders, and trauma.
In my 14 years as a therapist, I’ve worked in various therapeutic settings, including inpatient treatment, residential, day based treatment (PHP & IOP), and outpatient therapy.
