Let’s plant a garden together in your heart. I have the tools and you have the sunlight and the rain too. The work of therapy is an art, a dance, a co-creation. It is a dynamic and transformative process that is a joy to bear witness to, even when it’s hard. It ebbs and it flows. I appreciate being the tender of so many gardens and seeing such magnificent growth. Welcome.
My practice is deeply relational. I take pride in the long term work I am able to do with clients. My clinical experience includes a diverse client base via the following settings: middle/elementary school, residential (youth problem sexual behavior), in home therapy, case management, community mental health, college counseling, and outpatient mental health.
The act of even considering reaching out for help by reading profiles is incredibly brave. It’s a moment of honesty with yourself. I always say that each client has taken care of themselves until I came along and you each will continue to do so afterwards. But that’s not the point. You are choosing to give yourself the gift of care beyond survival. Welcome.
