Gold Perspective Therapy provides services for children, adolescents, adults, and families, offering a warm, trauma‑informed, and culturally grounded approach to care. Our team provides TF‑CBT for children who’ve experienced trauma. For other concerns, children progress best with active adult involvement. Family participation is required in all child therapy, with frequency and level of involvement discussed with the clinician based on the child’s needs
Gold Perspective Therapy also provides comprehensive services for adults, including support for trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, and stress. Our clinicians integrate evidence‑based practices with a compassionate, collaborative approach that centers client voice, cultural identity, and whole‑person wellbeing.
