I use a strengths-based model to help you overcome potential roadblocks you may have created in yourself or in your life, and help you chip away at them, using a variety of therapeutic techniques.

Family of Origin is one technique, where we look at your family history and patterns, and see what may have affected you in a negative way. Then, we work on changing those patterns, with more positive, and productive ones.

The first step is to realize there is a problem, the second is to work through it, and the third is to create the best life you can imagine! It can be done, and I am here to help you!
