Choosing a therapist is a very personal thing. Once you have committed to opening yourself up, you want to make sure your therapist will be able to guide you in your healing process in the most nonjudgemental and empathic way. I hope to be that person for you! I use a strengths-based model to help you overcome potential roadblocks you may have created in yourself or in your life, and help you chip away at them, using a variety of therapeutic techniques.
Family of Origin is one technique, where we look at your family history and patterns, and see what may have affected you in a negative way. Then, we work on changing those patterns, with more positive, and productive ones.
The first step is to realize there is a problem, the second is to work through it, and the third is to create the best life you can imagine! It can be done, and I am here to help you!
