In building a relationship, I use primarily a psychodynamic therapeutic approach, to understand what you have been going through, supporting you, exploring together ways in which change could happen. I have had extensive experience dealing with issues including major depression, anxiety, grief/loss ,cultural challenges and relationship difficulties.
