I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges and much more. A lot of us have felt misunderstood, including me. Many feel stuck in patterns shaped by childhood experiences or ongoing relational dynamics where we struggle to communicate, set boundaries, or be ourselves. I want you to be yourself. I want you to feel loved and to love yourself. I want you to smile and laugh again, to reclaim joy and self‑compassion. Most of all, I want you to know you don’t need to feel ashamed of who you are— you deserve to feel seen, valued, and supported as you heal and grow.

Living in Queens my whole life, I understand how life can feel hectic, overwhelming, and isolating. With experience in ABA therapy, working in a mental health institution, and teaching in NYC public schools, I provide practical strategies, coping tools, and support to help individuals, couples, and families navigate challenges and build stronger connections.
