My passion is working with people who are looking to cultivate a life that is focused on creating wellness in Mind, Body, and Spirit. I am a Christian Therapist. Whether you are looking to find more time in a day, finding ways to address stress and anxiety, wanting to tackle limiting beliefs that are holding you back from your full potential, or that you want to talk about your faith in the midst of your struggle; together we can help you find the balance you are looking for in your life.
I take a Holistic approach to my work. This means that I believe in looking at all possible aspects of our health, as they could be influential factors to how our mental health is doing. Together we will work to create a life that focuses on creating balance in all areas of your life.
I believe the therapeutic relationship is one of collaboration. I do use a casual, conversation approach to sessions, but when necessary I am straight forward and direct. We will focus on developing goals together to help you find the change you are looking for in your life.
