Have you felt depressed or anxious for a long time ? Do you feel stuck? The unending thoughts about yourself or your life that are not so kind can find an exit. Do you have a chronic illness or live with daily pain ?A recent death of a person close to you could leave you with a grief that doesn't leave you. Whatever the reason, talk therapy helps. I invite you to sit with me and talk about these thoughts and feelings to find more peace of mind.
As our relationship develops, I will work to understand what life is like for you. Through a safe relationship, depression and anxiety can be alleviated.Loneliness, career decisions, grief, living with chronic illness,or receiving a serious health diagnosis are some common themes I work with.
My practice has room for some sliding scale slots. I offer monthly invoices for you to submit to insurance.Call your insurance company to find out if they reimburse for seeing an out-of-network provider. I accept cash and checks.
