Hi! Vulnerability with a stranger can be challenging and starting therapy can be intimidating. Because of this, I strive to create a safe space with compassion and authenticity to allow you the opportunity to explore difficult topics and conversations. I am bilingual and offer sessions in Spanish and English. I specialize in adults struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions and relationship issues.
I will use my training in CBT, interpersonal therapy, among other modalities throughout our sessions. I believe there is no single approach that can treat each client in all situations. I will work with you to identify your needs and strengths to develop a healing path that provides therapeutic support and lifelong skills to overcome life’s challenges.
