It does not have to be this way. In my role as a therapist, I believe it is my job to clear the fog that clouds the path that you want to be on. I believe that everyone is the expert of their own life.
We become better at navigating our lives when we learn receive accurate information, remove the judgement that comes with other people's attempt to control our life, and take a clear look at potential outcomes (both good and bad) of our choices. My passion is to empower and not dictate. It is my honor to listen and not judge.
I am not the therapist for everyone. Some clients just need someone to talk to and share their feelings. However, that is not me. I care about your feelings because I know they are fuel for change.
