I help people get the results they want by guiding them to stop their limiting beliefs, emotions and behaviors in order to make the breakthroughs that they are looking for. This is transformational for my clients. Working with clients who want to change is very satisfying because they really take the time to process the work we did together between sessions. Sometimes they are consciously doing it and other times they are absorbing it unconsciously between sessions. My clients take the baby steps it takes to make a permanent change, the change they want.
My specialty is help people grow personally. If they are anxious, depressed, grieving, or just stuck, they need someone to understand them and then show them the methods and tools to use to feel good again. With relationships I show them a process for communicating more effectively, resolving issues, and understanding each other better.
I have the gift of focusing fast on the core issues and then taking my client(s) down the path to give them a safe place to process their issues.. I also use hypnotherapy and other healing methods to help them. Zoom, (video therapy), telephone therapy are as comfortable as an office visit.
