Making the decision to begin therapy is the first step toward a positive change in your life. Today's world is filled with stressors that can have an impact on all of us causing physical symptoms, depression, anxiety, etc. Prolonged stress can effect one's physical well being, job, school and relationships. In addition, transition times such as separation, divorce, "empty nest", caring for parents and losing a loved one, can also be times in ones life where symptoms can appear. My practice offers a comfortable, safe and confidential enviornment to obtain assistance in coping with your struggles and life changes.
I provide individual, couples and family therapy to children, adolescents and adults. I offer counseling on parenting for the "difficult" child and for the "teen years". Services for those who have a mental illness or have suffered a trauma such as physical or sexual abuse are also available.
My years of diversified experience of working with children, adolescents and adults in outpatient and inpatient hospital settings, allows me to bring a high level of expertise in working with my clients. I work collaboratively with clients to help them achieve their desired goals.
