I am Dr. Gloria Hudson, a mental health expert here to help you, whether you're struggling with anxiety or depression or are just plain unmotivated with your current life circumstances. I am a trained psychologist, so professionally, I see behavior through a therapeutic lens; I work with clients to alchemize original wounds into assets, challenge cognitive distortions, building an organic and authentic coaching relationship that's not forced or framed to look or feel pragmatic.
