I aim to hold a reflective space where you don’t have to simplify who you are or what you’ve been through. In therapy, we can form the kind of relationship where you feel safe to look at (and tend to) the parts of yourself that are often overlooked.
I did my training in a high school setting and am currently pursuing a certificate in Maternal Mental Health. I work with people who are in transitions of all kinds: becoming a parent, changing careers, entering high school, college, or following a quiet voice inside that is asking to be given some more space.
I know that therapy is as effective as the relationship we are able to create. For that reason, I focus on creating a trusting environment for courageous exploration. If you’re curious about theory, my approach is client-centered and trauma-informed. I incorporate attachment theory, object relations, and narrative therapy principles in my work.
