As a therapist in long-term recovery myself, I bring both personal understanding and professional experience to helping others heal from addiction and trauma. Many of the people I work with feel stuck in patterns they can’t seem to break—often involving addiction, trauma, anxiety, or other mental health challenges. You may know you want change but feel unsure where to start, or find that past experiences continue to affect your relationships, choices, and sense of self. Untreated addiction and unresolved trauma can feel very overwhelming. Healing begins with understanding what you’re recovering from and creating a path forward.
My approach is collaborative and tailored to your needs. I draw from a range of evidence-based tools so we can find what works best for you. I am also certified in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), a trauma processing method that can help reduce the distress connected to painful experiences. Together we identify practical strategies that support you.
I strive to create a space that is safe, supportive, and free of judgment—a place where it is okay to not be okay while you work toward healing. Therapy is a collaborative process.
