I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience in medical social work and leadership. I have supported individuals and families through a broad range of life's challenges with compassion and practical guidance. My experience has shaped my ability to understand both personal and systemic stressors that impact well-being.
As a military veteran, I bring a grounded, resilient perspective to my work. I've also been married for 30 years and am a parent to three adopted children who are now young adults - experiences that deeply inform my appreciation for family dynamics, transitions.
