Teen Anxiety Group
This is a supportive therapeutic group designed for teens experiencing anxiety, where creative expression is used as a tool for emotional exploration and stress relief. Through hands-on creative activities, and journaling participants will learn healthy ways to process anxious thoughts, build self-awareness, and develop coping strategies in a relaxed, judgment-free environment. Come willing to try new things and express yourself! EVERY MONDAY IN JUNE AND JULY!
