I am Dr. Gloria Arfelis, a psychologist with 29 years of experience working with individuals, couples and families. I help adults who feel stuck in painful patterns create real change so that they learn to respond differently and feel more confident in handling life's challenges. I help you diminish anxious thoughts, set healthier boundaries, communicate more effectively, and feel less emotionally overwhelmed.
