Have you ever felt stuck, either "on" or "off?" Are you looking for something, but aren't quite sure what, either for yourself or in your relationship? Do you ever feel like you're in some kind of in-between space? Rather than staying stuck there, I believe in the power of a transformative in-between place where we can explore, dig, unburden, turn to goo a little bit, reform, and transform - you know, like a cocoon, because a cocoon is the ultimate "in between" space. That's the kind of space I offer at In Between Counseling, LLC.
As your therapist, it's my first priority to build a relationship with clients built on trust and safety. Using an integrative approach that blends concepts and techniques from a variety of evidence-based practices, clients are encouraged, challenged, and supported as they work to meet their goals.
I specialize in helping clients ages 8+ overcome and heal from past trauma and the many ways it shows up in the present. Another specialty offered is co-parenting counseling (elective or court-ordered). Whatever our work together, it's an honor to share the sacred in-between a space with you.
