I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 9 years of experience in the mental health field. I am passionate about helping adults and seniors address their unique challenges and lead more fulfilling lives. My areas of expertise include major life transitions, aging, end-of-life and hospice issues, grief, loss, bereavement, addiction, substance use, depression, mood disorders, trauma, sexual abuse, anxiety, low self-esteem, women’s issues, bipolar disorder, relationship concerns, and stress management.
I earned my Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from Eastern Michigan University. In my work, I use a variety of treatment approaches to best support my clients, including person-centered therapy (PCT), mindfulness, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), addiction treatment, prolonged exposure therapy (PET).
My goal is to provide a safe, private, and professional therapeutic environment where you can explore and work toward your goals. Through a person-centered approach, I will help you gain new perspectives and coping strategies for the challenges you're facing.
