My years of experience are with children and adults experiencing a variety of issues including anxiety, addiction, depression and trauma/ptsd. Trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy which helps in processing trauma, manage ptsd symptoms and increase awareness of the connection between thoughts, feelings and behaviors improving mental health.
